Importance of YOGA
I know many of us don't like to do Yoga. It does not mean that we don't believe in it but actually we feel it very lazy and very time consuming.
But at one stage of your age you will realize that how important it is not only for your physical health but for your mental health also.
I too realise the importance when I face some breathing problems than yoga only help to recover myself.
Take sometime for yourself
It is quite difficult to take 1 hour or even half an hour daily for Yoga from our busy schedule. So I am going to tell you some basic yoga asanas which takes only 15 minutes daily and you will start feeling good
The important thing is to do daily Surya Namaskar at least 7 times . In the beginning just do it 2 times after that start increasing the number.
The other thing is Anulom-vilom. Here we take breath in from one part of our nose and release breath from other side.
And third thing is to do Kapal Bharti. You have to do it at least 4 to 5 minutes
If you give your 15 minutes daily to all these things you will remain fit and healthy which is very important in today's hectic life.
