What is Breakfast??
Breakfast is the first meal of the day. And it is also the very important meal of the day. But by knowing this also it is skipped by many people which is not good for their health neither physical nor mental.
Why Breakfast is necessary??
Do you know when we sleep in night our internal parts are continuously working inside our body and morning Breakfast provide them that energy to work in more better and energetic way if we skip our breakfast our internal body becomes dull and we feel lethargic whole day.
Importance of Breakfast
A healthy breakfast may reduce the risk of illness. Breakfast helps you make better food .Breakfast boosts brainpower. Eating breakfast helps to keep your blood sugar normal throughout the day, whether you have diabetes or not.
Breakfast helps to give proper attention on every thing,. Let us understand it with an example if any child go to school by skipping breakfast he will not give proper focus and not able to concentrate on his studies and he will also feel tired as well as he will wait for the lunch time also .On the other hand if a child had proper breakfast he will pay proper focus on his studies and feels energetic whole day.
In short we can say that Breakfast is like the kick start so don't skip it. And if you had nothing just had stale chapati with curd . Don't think that you always need a luxury breakfast. So just have it.... ππ
